You’re investing in the foundation — not just a future space, but a community that’s building it together from the ground up. Founding Partners aren’t buying a finished product; you’re helping shape what it becomes.
Can I see what the space will look like?
Renderings and design details are coming soon as we finalize the build-out. Founding Partners will be among the first to see them.
What does becoming a Founding Partner cost, and what do I get?
• 20% off annual membership for the first year
• Your rate is locked for one year. From there you can choose your ongoing membership model, and your name stays on our Founder’s Wall.
• Access to our pre-opening input session on programming/event
• A private opening night experience
What happens if the space is delayed or the timeline shifts?
We’ll communicate openly with Founding Partners at every step. Building something real takes time, and we’d rather get it right than rush it.
Is a Founding Partner a one year payment or ongoing membership?
Your rate is locked for two years. From there you can choose your ongoing membership model,
but your name stays on our Founder’s Wall.
Is any of this refundable if I change my mind?
Full refund available if requested 30-days before the announced opening date.

For your safety, we would need to be fully open and operational.

Not at all — each + every collective is open to everyone who believes in intentional connection, not restricted by industry — the e+e co. member profile is more about mindset and values than title or trade.
